Dr. Darya Hansen, DNP is a distinguished aesthetic nurse practitioner licensed across Iowa, Florida, Arizona, and Texas. With a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Duke University, she is adept in various aspects of aesthetic medicine, including injectables, weight loss, and laser procedures. Dr. Hansen is deeply committed to delivering the highest quality of care, ensuring beautiful, natural results while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for her patients throughout all stages of treatment.
She is passionate about helping patients look and feel their best through a variety of aesthetic treatments like injectables, weight loss programs, and laser procedures. She is dedicated to providing safe, comfortable, and natural-looking results for every patient.

The inception of the Aesthetic Collective is rooted in the personal experiences and aspirations of our founder, Darya Hansen DNP, ARNP.
Darya’s career in aesthetics began in a plastic surgery office in West Des Moines, Iowa, and later evolved to a medical spa environment. These early steps in her career provided insight into not only the challenges and limitations faced by professionals in the field, but perhaps more importantly, a myriad of rewards of developing a uniquely ingenious way of doing business.
Providers plateauing in commission-based earnings, desiring more freedom and flexibility in scheduling, seeking a sense of career ownership, and greater financial independence are a few areas of opportunity that lead to the concept of the Aesthetic Collective.
On a mission to empower others, Darya’s vision and passion was to create a model that enables aesthetic professionals greater independence while minimizing risks. Darya Hansen

Darya Hansen is a board-certified advanced registered nurse practitioner specializing in aesthetic medicine. She has an undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa, a Master of Science in Nursing and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Duke University, which offers the #1 graduate nursing program in the country. Darya has more than 8 years of experience in the medical field and has been running her own business.
Madi has been a licensed esthetician since 2020, after graduating from The University of Iowa and PCI Academy. After working in a dermatology setting for 5 years she is excited to venture off on her own! Madi specializes in comprehensive cosmetic consultations and advanced facials, using her experience and expertise to give each patient a customized skin regimen/treatment plan. She is ecstatic to be able to broaden her scope with lasers and heighten those results for her patients. She enjoys seeing patients’ confidence heighten when they see their results! In her free time, Madi enjoys going on walks with her dog, Poppy and cheering on the Hawks, as well as spending quality time with friends and family.

Kaitlyn was born and raised in Greenville, North Carolina. Shortly after she moved to Minnesota in 2016 where she received her education in Aesthetics, graduating first in her class at the Medspa Institute of America in 2018. Over the last 6 years she has worke dwith Dermatologists and master Aestheticians who have shaped her into the provider she is today. She offers a vasty array of medical grade procedures ranging from Dermaplning to laser treatments. Kaitlyn has also been trained and certified with top of the line medical grade skin care lines and happily educates and guides her patients to fit their unique needs. She plans to continue her education and grow as a provider to best treat her patients. She is eager to meet everyone that she treats and builds a trusting relationship

I earned my esthetician license in 2013 and began my career as a clinical esthetician before launching Vital Skin Spa in 2018. I have worked in medical aesthetics for 18 years, in West Des Moines, Kansas City, and Cedar Rapids. After taking a break from working in 2023 for medical reasons, I realized that this industry will always be my passion because seeing the trust and confidence that’s been built with clients over the years, is so meaningful. Taking the guilt-free TIME for me, led me to the right place. That is how TIME Aesthetics was born.

While the Des Moines area is what I consider “home” and will stay here during my shorter work weeks, I do live in Waterloo with my husband Jeremy and 2 cats Penny and Piper. We will be here full-time in 2027 after my husband retires.

Morgan Halbur ARNP, owner of FloAesthetics, is a dual board-certified nurse practitioner with extensive training in aesthetics specializing in facial balancing, and patient-centered, natural, and harmonious aesthetic treatments. She has been providing aesthetic treatments since 2019, offering injectables such as Botox, dermal fillers, medical weight loss, medical-grade skincare, facials, and now laser treatments.
As a dedicated esthetician with over 19 years of experience, Kellee has been at the forefront of skincare and beauty in Des Moines. Since entering the beauty industry in 2005, her passion has continually driven her to seek out and master the latest treatments, including waxing, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, advanced laser treatments, and laser hair removal.
In 2011, she founded Yoni Wax Boutique, initially launched as Vivid Skin Care Studio, with a commitment to using high-quality products and providing results-oriented services. Kellee is not just an expert in aesthetic treatments; she’s a trusted educator on maintaining health, wellness, and beauty, focusing on treating and preventing the signs of aging, unwanted facial/body hair, sun-damage, melasma, and preventative care.
