Story
The inception of the Aesthetic Collective is rooted in the personal experiences and aspirations of our founder, Darya Hansen, DNP, ARNP.
Darya’s career began in the ICU, where she developed a deep commitment to patient safety and excellence in care. She later transitioned into aesthetics, starting in a plastic surgery office in West Des Moines, Iowa, and evolving into a medical spa environment. These experiences highlighted both challenges and rewards in the field, inspiring a vision for a safer way of providing aesthetic services.

Darya’s career in aesthetics began in a plastic surgery office in West Des Moines, Iowa, and later evolved to a medical spa environment. These early steps in her career provided insight into not only the challenges and limitations faced by professionals in the field, but perhaps more importantly, a myriad of rewards of developing a uniquely ingenious way of doing business.
In a sea of medical spas with varying or nonexistent safety standards, The Aesthetic Collective stands apart by prioritizing patient safety and clinical excellence. Aesthetics is a medical specialty, and ensuring proper training and adherence to safety protocols is critical. Our team’s rigorous approach reflects the importance of trust and professionalism in delivering optimal results.

Hi everyone, I’m Daisy and I’m so thankful to be a part of the Aesthetic Collective family! I have 2+ years working in Trauma Surgical ICU as a Registered Nurse and now I’m living my dream of working as an Aesthetic Nurse Injector!
My experience in Trauma ICU has helped me develop a strong foundation in patient assessment/anatomy and has also deepened my ability to build meaningful, trust-based relationships with my patients. This ties in perfectly with the values of Aesthetic Collective, where safe/personalized care and patient satisfaction are our #1 priority.
