1. SMS & Messaging Services
If you opt into our SMS notifications, you agree to receive messages for appointment reminders, confirmations, promotions, and similar communications. You can cancel anytime by replying STOP, after which we’ll send a confirmation. For help, reply HELP or email us. Message and data rates may apply. 2. Bookings, Cancellation & No‑Shows
- Appointments must be booked via our online system or by contacting us directly.
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.
- Deposits may be required for certain treatments; unless otherwise stated, these are non-refundable.
3. Service Eligibility & Medical Disclosure
By booking:
- You confirm you’re 18+ and have voluntarily provided all relevant medical information (e.g. allergies, medications, pregnancy status).
- You acknowledge cosmetic results can vary and are not guaranteed.
- You release us from liability if a negative outcome results from undisclosed medical issues.
4. Payments & Pricing
- Payment is due at the time of service unless pre-arranged.
- We accept major credit/debit cards and other online payment options.
- Prices displayed are current and may change; confirmed pricing applies at booking.
5. Refunds & Service Satisfaction
- Refunds are not provided for completed treatments due to their nature.
- If you’re unsatisfied, contact us so we can resolve the issue.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the website (text, images, videos, branding) is owned by Aesthetic Collective and cannot be used without written permission.
7. Privacy & Data
We collect personal data (e.g., name, contact info, booking history) to facilitate appointments, send notifications, improve services, and comply with privacy regulations. Our practices are governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
We’re not liable for:
- Any direct or indirect damages from using our website or services
- Allergic reactions or adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed health conditions
